• Kissflow User ID: Used to identify the user within Kissflow.

We use the data solely for the following purposes:

• Sending notifications related to your Kissflow tasks.
• Processing actions (e.g., approvals, rejections) performed within Slack.

3. Retention and deletion of data

The collected data is stored as long as the user remains logged into the Kissflow Bot. All stored data is deleted immediately when the user uses the /logout command.

4. How you can delete your data

To delete your data, you can use the /logout command in Slack.
